ABOUT US

Hi, I’m Gurpreet Solanki, and I know what it’s like to constantly juggle work, family, and life’s demands. As a lawyer and mother, I kept pushing self-care aside, believing I’d have time later—but later never comes.

Losing both my parents within just four months of one another changed everything. They were an integral part of my daily life, and their absence left a huge gap. Grief became my constant companion, and I realised I needed to care for myself in a way I never had before. That’s when yin yoga found me.

Through this practice, I discovered peace and clarity during one of the hardest times of my life. I later realised my grief was also coinciding with perimenopause, reinforcing the need to pause, breathe, and reconnect—because waiting was no longer an option.

This journey led me to train in 100-hour Yin Yoga and 40-hour Menopause Yoga, deepening my understanding of how these practices support women through life’s transitions. Now, I’m passionate about creating a space where women can step away from daily stresses, embrace true rest, and reconnect with themselves.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, know you’re not alone. I invite you to join me on the mat and experience the power of stillness, self-care, and healing.
