  • Each retreat is designed to offer rest, renewal, and a deeper connection to yourself, but they vary in depth and experience:

    ✨ Mini Retreat (3 Hours): A short but powerful reset, perfect if you need a moment of stillness in your busy life. You’ll experience nourishing yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, leaving you feeling refreshed and rebalanced without needing to commit a whole day.

    🌿 Day Retreat: A full day of self-care, allowing you to step away from daily distractions and immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, nourishing food, and connection with like-minded women. It’s a beautiful way to recharge and gain clarity without an overnight stay.

    🌙 3-Night Retreat: The most transformative experience, offering deep rest and personal growth. With time to truly unwind, you’ll experience daily yoga, guided relaxation, nourishing meals, nature, and space for reflection. This retreat allows you to step away from everyday responsibilities and return feeling completely recharged and realigned.

  • Comfort is key! Wear soft, loose, or stretchy clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease—think leggings, joggers, or yoga pants paired with a comfy top or sweater. Layers are great, as yin yoga involves long-held poses, and your body temperature may drop as you relax. Socks and a cosy jumper or blanket can help keep you warm. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease so you can fully enjoy your practice. Props (yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and cushions) are all provided so all you need to bring is a water bottle, cosy blanket and an open mind.

  • A mini retreat offers the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in deep rest and renewal, without the rush of daily life. In a regular class, you get a taste of stillness—but in a mini retreat, you have the time and space to truly let go, allowing your body and mind to unwind on a deeper level. The extended Yin practice helps to release long-held tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system, while Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of profound relaxation, promoting better sleep, reduced stress, and overall well-being. Mini retreats also include seasonal themes, essential oils, herbal teas, and time to connect with like-minded women, making it a complete experience of nourishment and self-care.
