This retreat is for anyone who gives so much to others and is ready to turn some of that love back towards themselves, especially after the busy festive season.

• Self-love and gratitude practices to gently reconnect inward
• A nurturing painting session (no experience needed)
• A delicious gourmet lunch and wholesome snacks prepared by a private chef
• A calm, supportive space where you can truly slow down

🌿 Day Retreat: A full day of self-care, allowing you to step away from daily distractions and immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, nourishing food, and connection with like-minded women. It’s a beautiful way to recharge and gain clarity without an overnight stay.
🌙 3-Night Retreat: The most transformative experience, offering deep rest and personal growth. With time to truly unwind, you’ll experience daily yoga, guided relaxation, nourishing meals, nature, and space for reflection. This retreat allows you to step away from everyday responsibilities and return feeling completely recharged and realigned.

Absolutely! My day retreats are designed to be welcoming and accessible for all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practising for years. The focus is on slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and enjoying the experience, rather than achieving the ‘perfect’ pose. You’ll be guided through gentle, nourishing yoga, breathwork, and relaxation practices that support your body and mind at whatever stage you’re at. It’s all about taking time for YOU.
All you really need to bring is yourself and an open heart! A yoga mat and props will be provided. If you can bring a cosy blanket with you for extra comfort that would be great. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in, and bring a water bottle. Depending on the venue, we may spend time outdoors, so layers and a journal for reflection can be nice additions. Everything else—nourishing food, soul-soothing practices, and a beautiful space to unwind—is taken care of for you. 💫
