In a world that constantly demands our attention, our full Day Retreats are intentionally created as a refuge, a dedicated space where you can step away, slow down, and return to yourself.

To ensure a truly nurturing and personal experience, we keep these retreats intimately small, welcoming a maximum of just eight guests. This creates a beautifully calm and supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable, seen, and able to fully surrender into the experience without the overwhelming energy of a large crowd.

  • Supportive Connection: A guided sharing circle that thrives in our small-group setting. It offers a meaningful, confidential space to reflect, feel heard, and connect with like-minded people in a highly genuine way.

  • Mindful Creativity: We step out of our analytical minds and into our hands with a creative mindful activity, such as guided painting or macramé. This invites you to be entirely present and express yourself in a relaxed, joyful way.

  • Nourishment: High-quality, vibrant food and delicious homemade treats shared slowly over comforting herbal tea.
