In a world that rarely pauses to acknowledge the profound physical and emotional shifts of this stage of life, this workshop is your dedicated time to step away from daily demands.
It is a safe, intentional space designed to help you rest deeply, rebalance your nervous system, and feel truly supported through this powerful life transition.




THE EXPERIENCE
Connection, Movement, and Quiet Reflection.
Our mini retreats are carefully paced to ensure you leave feeling resourced and grounded. Throughout our time together, you will experience:

The Women’s Sharing Circle: We begin by creating a warm, confidential space to connect. It is a rare and beautiful opportunity to reflect, feel heard, and share space with other women on a similar journey.

A 90-Minute Tailored Practice: You will be guided through a gentle, accessible blend of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Combined with targeted breathwork and meditation, this practice is specifically designed to calm the nervous system and support hormonal balance.

Space to Pause: Woven into the session is dedicated time for journaling and quiet reflection, allowing you to gently reconnect with your own intuition.

Practical Toolkit: We explore specific themes such as anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, fatigue, hot flushes, and emotional balance, ensuring you leave with practical, accessible tools to support yourself long after you step off the mat.
EXPERT GUIDANCE
Taught by an Accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher.
Not all yoga is created equal, especially when your body is going through hormonal changes. Led by Dr Gurpreet Solanki, an Accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher, this workshop is grounded in both scientific understanding and ancient wisdom.
Whether you are seeking relief from physical symptoms like hot flushes and joint aches, or looking for tools to manage anxiety and mental fatigue, every posture, breathwork technique, and meditation is intentionally selected to support the menopausal body. You do not need any prior yoga experience to attend, just a willingness to slow down and be held in a supportive space.

Our studio is an intentionally calm and nourishing environment with a deeply relaxing ambience. Designed as an exclusive, dedicated space free from the noise, foot traffic, and distractions of larger venues, it serves as your private sanctuary to truly disconnect and simply be.
Includes
All yoga props, herbal teas, homemade nourishment, and a gift bag are provided. Please bring a bottle of water, and warm layers (socks/jumper) for the Nidra relaxation phase.
