THE EXPERIENCE

Extended Yin, Aromatherapy, and Profound Rest.

Our mini retreats are carefully sequenced to guide you from gentle movement into absolute stillness. Throughout our time together, you will experience:

  • Extended Yin Yoga: We begin by softening into a slow, deliberate physical practice. These longer-held poses allow your body the time it needs to safely release deep-seated tension, improve flexibility, and soothe the nervous system.

  • Sensory Aromatherapy: High-quality doTERRA essential oils are gently woven throughout the physical practice, heightening relaxation and deepening your sensory experience.

  • Yoga Nidra & Sound: We then transition into a deeply restorative guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), often combined with the therapeutic resonance of sound healing, inviting your mind and body into a state of profound, cellular rest.

  • Community & Reflection: We close our time together by coming back to the present moment over comforting herbal tea and homemade treats. This offers a warm, spacious moment to reflect, journal, or connect with like-minded people in a relaxed and supportive space.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Healing in Harmony with Nature.

As the seasons change around us, the energetic and physical needs of our own bodies change, too. Led by Dr Gurpreet Solanki, who holds an in-depth 100-hour specialist Yin Yoga certification, these sessions are intelligently curated to support your internal rhythms.

Whether we are cultivating the quiet, grounding introspection of Winter or the gentle, awakening energy of Spring, every posture, essential oil, and meditation is intentionally chosen to help you flow in harmony with nature. It is the ultimate act of self-care.
