Weekly Classes
Our intentionally small studio classes offer a weekly sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Rooted in the slow, deep release of Yin Yoga and often woven with the therapeutic resonance of Sound Healing, these sessions are designed to soothe your nervous system, melt away physical tension, and guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

SEASONAL Mini retreats
A spacious three-hour sanctuary to step out of the "doing" and deeply into the "being." Aligned with the shifting rhythms of the seasons, these mini-escapes seamlessly blend extended Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Tibetan Sound Healing. We close every session by gathering over warm herbal tea and homemade treats in a relaxed, supportive space.

MENOPAUSE MINI RETREATS
A nurturing 3-hour workshop created specifically to support women through peri-menopause and beyond. Combining a warm, confidential sharing circle with expertly tailored yoga, breathwork, and meditation, this is a safe space to rest, rebalance your hormones, and learn practical tools to manage symptoms with grace and community support.

Day RETREATS
An immersive escape from the relentless pace of everyday life. Kept intimately small with just eight guests, our full-day retreats weave together profound physical rest, mindful creativity (like guided painting or macramé), and high-quality, nourishing food. Every element is thoughtfully curated to leave you feeling clearer, calmer, and deeply replenished.

Meet Dr. Gurpreet Solanki
For years, Gurpreet navigated the high-pressure world of law while balancing the demands of motherhood, a life defined by "doing," where self-care was always relegated to "later."
Her pivot to the mat was born not from leisure, but from necessity. Following the profound loss of both parents and the simultaneous onset of perimenopause, she discovered Yin Yoga as a lifeline for grief and a grounding force for hormonal change.
Now, she bridges the gap between professional resilience and deep rest. Holding certifications in Yin and Menopause Yoga, Dr. Gurpreet curates the sanctuary she once needed herself: a space where women can step out of the relentless juggle, lay down their burdens, and simply breathe.
